Charters for Continuums of Care
State and federal funding for homeless facilities and services is provided to Continuums of Care (CoC) in California Counties. These CoCs are governed by their adopted Charters. and operating policies.
Beginning with my county (Sonoma), I am collecting documents from each of them for review by those who wish to collaborate.
